Nielsen recently published a report called "The Global Impact of an Aging World," which offered some interesting findings about older adults. One of the most interesting take-aways for me was how different regions perceive the concept of "being old." In the United States, 43% of people think "old" is being age 80 and older, while 46% of people in Asian Pacific think "old" is 60 to 69.

The report also looked at Internet usage, which was about what we're seeing in many other reports like this. Older people are using the Internet -- lead mostly by "younger" older people.
